Returns & Exchanges
We aim to be as flexible as possible and we hope that our customer service limits your need to return items to us. Before you purchase, please take a look at the individual measurements, contact us with your questions & we are sure you won't have any issues from your purchase with us.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We must receive your item within this 30 days, provided your return has been discussed with us prior.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not refund due to change of mind, deciding you no longer need or want the item, had no use for it, or if it was an unwanted gift. We provide measurements of each garment, not a size chart, so please measure yourself before purchase!

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These items include lingerie, swimwear, hosiery, shoes, hair accessories, petticoats, cosmetics.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept items purchased at a market or event as you have to opportunity to try the item before.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not refund for change of mind, wrong size or incorrect selection. We refund due to faults in the garment. Any item sent to us for change of mind, wrong size or incorrect selection will be offered a credit or exchange.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
sales@closerconfessionsboutique.com. Refunds can take 10 days to process.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges if you have ordered the wrong item/size. We kindly suggest that you have a measuring tape handy when ordering as we measure each individual item and list this information on our website.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@closetconfessionsboutique.com and we can discuss your situation.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Should you have received free shipping on your order, this amount will be deducted from any refund or exchange value.
